These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Apiastar.com and any related features, content, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Tatooine Flame Inc d/b/a Apiastar (“Apiastar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting or using the Services, or by purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18+) or have consent from your parent/guardian to use the Services and make purchases.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion where permitted by law.
2. Storefront; Platform
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform. Your use of the Services is also subject to Shopify’s acceptable use and platform rules to the extent they apply.
3. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy products. We may accept or reject any order for any lawful reason (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing/stock errors, limits on quantities, reseller/ distributor concerns).

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

If we cancel or change an order, we’ll attempt to notify you using the contact details you provided.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Availability

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the site and exclude/include taxes as displayed at checkout (taxes, duties, and shipping will be calculated where applicable).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after you submit an order if permitted by law).

Products may be available in limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only per our Return Policy.
5. Payment; BNPL; Chargebacks

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., major cards, wallet payments, and any Buy-Now-Pay-Later services offered). Third-party payment providers may apply separate terms.

By submitting an order, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the order total.

If a charge is disputed or charged back, we may suspend or cancel fulfillment and/or future orders until resolved.
6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. Shipping times are estimates only.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier (unless otherwise required by law in your jurisdiction).

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Failed deliveries due to incomplete/incorrect addresses may incur additional fees.
7. International Orders; Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs, import taxes, duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These are your responsibility and are not included in our prices unless stated.

We are not responsible for customs delays or holds.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy posted on the site (which is incorporated by reference and may be updated from time to time).

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the condition and timeframe requirements described in the Return Policy.
9. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewals

If you purchase a subscription product: (a) your subscription auto-renews at the stated interval; (b) your payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date until you cancel; (c) you can cancel future renewals anytime via the method specified on the site or by contacting support@apiastar.com before the next billing date;

We may change subscription pricing on renewal with advance notice as required by law. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the new price.

By placing your monthly recurring order of 29.95 - you will be charged 29.95 Today and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and receipt after each successful transaction.

Promotions and discount codes are subject to specific terms and may not be combined unless stated.

Gift cards (if offered) are redeemable only for eligible purchases, are not reloadable, and may be subject to expiration or fees where allowed by law. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced except as required by law.

Store credits have the terms disclosed at the time of issuance.

You may post reviews, photos, and other content where the site permits (“User Content”).

You represent you own or have the right to post such User Content and that it is accurate, non-infringing, and lawful.

By submitting User Content, you grant Apiastar a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your User Content in any media for marketing, promotion, and operation of the Services.

We may remove or refuse any User Content at our discretion.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

violate or encourage violation of others’ rights;

upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access;

All site content, product descriptions, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software are owned by Apiastar or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, create derivative works, distribute, or exploit our content without our prior written permission.
15. Health & Safety; No Medical Advice (if you sell wellness/health products)
Information on the site is for informational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation. Products should be used only as directed on labels or instructions.

By providing a phone number/email, you consent to receive transactional communications (e.g., order updates, account notices).

Marketing texts/emails are sent only with your consent where required; you can opt out at any time (reply STOP to SMS; use Unsubscribe links in emails). Message/data rates may apply.

19. Warranty Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and all products are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties—if so, these limitations may not apply to you.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Apiastar and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services or products.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or products will not exceed the greater of (A) the amount you paid to us for the product giving rise to the claim, or (B) US$100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations—if so, the above may apply to the maximum extent permitted.
21. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Apiastar and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your: (a) use of the Services; (b) violation of these Terms; (c) violation of any law or third-party rights; or (d) User Content.
22. Dispute Resolution; Governing Law; Venue
Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Venue (if you do not use arbitration): The exclusive forum and venue for any action not subject to arbitration will be the state and federal courts located in Madison County, Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Arbitration & Class Action Waiver (optional—keep if you want arbitration):
Except where prohibited by law, any dispute or claim between you and Apiastar will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized provider under its rules. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted. You may pursue a claim in small claims court if it qualifies. 30-day opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration clause by emailing support@apiastar.com within 30 days of your first use of the Services with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your full name and address. If you opt out, or if arbitration is found unenforceable, venue shall be as stated above.
23. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any lawful reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution) survive termination.
24. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Services (in whole or part) at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where required by law. Your continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
25. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, supply chain issues, war, terrorism, epidemics, government actions, utility or internet failures.
26. Severability; Waiver; Assignment; Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policies referenced herein (e.g., Return Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Apiastar.
