The NeuroBall Wrist Trainer is a gyroscopic wrist and forearm exercise device that uses the physics of a spinning rotor to generate increasing resistance as the user rotates their wrist. The rotor inside the transparent shell accelerates through wrist rotation, creating centrifugal resistance that engages the forearm muscles, wrist flexors, and hand grip — providing a compact, no-weight-required strength and rehabilitation training tool.
