The Highland cow outline forms the external edge of the board, with the surface serving area occupying the body of the figure.

Designed for dual use as both a functional serving board and a standalone display piece, the platter can hold charcuterie, cheese, crackers, fruit, nuts, and similar appetizer items arranged across the carved surface, with the natural highland cow silhouette providing a built-in visual composition guide for food placement.
