1. Product Description

This is a handheld precision knife sharpener with a replaceable abrasive stone. 4. Care / Usage Instructions

•    Place the sharpener on a stable, flat surface and hold it steady by the grip areas, keeping fingers clear of the slot and blade path.

•    Start with the 800-grit side to rebuild a dull edge, drawing the blade through in smooth, even passes; finish on the 1000-grit side to refine the edge.

•    Sharpen with strokes directed away from your body; do not sharpen toward your hand.

•    Rinse and dry the blade after sharpening to remove metal filings before using the knife on food.

•    Do not use on serrated or ceramic blades

•    Wipe the stone clean of metal dust; keep the tool dry, and store the sharpened knife safely out of reach of children.
